SiraLove (https://siralove.online/) is created exclusively for celebrating genuine romantic relationships, anniversaries, proposals, and heartfelt milestones. Accounts may not be used for commercial spamming or scraping.
Upon registration and payment, your custom web address (e.g. /You-are-a-lovely-couple/name1-and-name2) is reserved for your romantic surprise. URLs with abusive, defamatory, or trademark-infringing names will be reclaimed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Two-factor email OTP protects your romantic projects and partner secret responses.
SiraLove operates under the laws of Sri Lanka. Customer support is available via WhatsApp (+94 76 643 7197) and Email (pasinduvidushan258@gmail.com).
All photos, custom love letters, audio files, and memories uploaded to SiraLove remain 100% your private property. SiraLove never sells, licenses, or displays your romantic pictures to any third-party advertisers or public search engines.
SiraLove does NOT collect or store your credit or debit card numbers on our servers. All online card transactions are processed through PayHere's 256-bit SSL encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Secret responses recorded by your partner (Proposal acceptance, Ocean Bottle wishes, Promise Wheel prizes, and Signature notes) are encrypted and delivered exclusively to your private account dashboard.
You may request full removal of your website, uploaded photos, and account data at any time via WhatsApp (+94 76 643 7197) or email (pasinduvidushan258@gmail.com).
Credit/Debit card activations go live automatically. Bank transfer slip submissions are verified and activated within a guaranteed 3-hour SLA window.
Due to the unique nature of automated custom URL generation and dedicated hosting deployment, payments are non-refundable once your romantic web address has been verified and set to Live status.
A full refund is promptly issued in cases of: (a) Duplicate transactions, (b) Technical platform delivery failure exceeding 24 hours, or (c) Cancellations requested before activation.
If a bank receipt is illegible or unverified, our team flags it with a reason, giving you direct WhatsApp support (+94 76 643 7197) and free re-upload capability without order cancellation.
You strictly agree not to upload non-consensual imagery, hate speech, harassment, explicit adult content, or defamation. Any reported violation will result in immediate termination without refund.
Background music uploaded must be for personal, non-commercial celebration purposes under fair personal use.
