1. Platform Scope & Purpose

SiraLove (operated via https://siralove.online/) is an online software platform dedicated exclusively to creating, customizing, and hosting personalized digital romantic keepsakes, anniversaries, birthday tributes, and wedding/proposal surprise websites.

By registering an account, purchasing a package, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have adult guardian consent) and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Account Security & Verification

To access the builder, customize experiences, or view secret partner responses, users must register with a valid email address and password protected by email verification codes (OTP).

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any action taken under your authenticated user session is presumed to be authorized by you.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Custom URL & Web Address Allocation

Upon order placement and payment confirmation, SiraLove reserves your chosen romantic web address slug (for example: /You-are-a-lovely-couple/kasun-and-nethmi).

• URLs are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for the duration of the selected hosting plan.
• SiraLove reserves the right to reclaim, alter, or terminate any URL slug containing hate speech, obscenities, defamatory claims, or trademark-infringing names.

4. Content Moderation & Acceptable Use Policy

You strictly agree that you will NOT upload or publish:

1. Photos, audio, or private communications of individuals without their explicit, prior consent.
2. Explicit adult content, pornographic material, nudity, or sexually suggestive imagery.
3. Harassment, threats, stalking material, defamation, or content encouraging violence or self-harm.
4. Malicious software, exploit payloads, automated scraping scripts, or security bypass mechanisms.

Any account found in violation of these standards will be immediately terminated with all media permanently purged, with no entitlement to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property & User Media Rights

Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership of all personal love letters, photographs, audio recordings, and custom text uploaded to SiraLove. You grant SiraLove only the limited, temporary technical license necessary to host, render, and display your website to visitors holding your private URL.

Platform Assets: All interface designs, animations, source code, interactive mini-games (Promise Wheel, Ocean Bottle, Romantic Signature Canvas), and brand trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of SiraLove.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

We take all reasonable enterprise precautions to guarantee high server uptime and fast page load speeds. However, SiraLove is not liable for temporary downtimes caused by scheduled infrastructure maintenance, telecommunication network failures, or upstream hosting provider disruptions beyond our direct control.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
